CONDITIONS OF PRACTICE

The member of the CNCFA, does his business within an economic entity well defined and dedicated mainly to the consultancy in Merger, Handover, Acquisition and by doing the deals (summarized under the generic designation M & A).

This entity is naturally commercial and independent of any financial or industrial group, and any regulated profession. 
The actrivity can be exercised under the form of a consultant or in the frame of a firm for which most of capital shares or shares are hold by one or several business managers and / or operational partners in a consultancy in M & A.
The member acts exclusively under mandate letters defining particularly the object and the nature of his interventions, the length of the mission, resale rights, and the payment terms.
